- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
These rolls are easy to make and very tasty. With just a few things, you can quickly whip up a sweet snack that everyone will love.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean work surface. Separate the dough into the pre-cut triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Top with a few blueberries.
- Gently roll up the dough, starting at the wide end and enclosing the cream cheese and blueberries, to form a roll.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, with the tip of the dough facing down to prevent unrolling.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
- Allow the rolls to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. They can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
