Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

These rolls are easy to make and very tasty. With just a few things, you can quickly whip up a sweet snack that everyone will love.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean work surface. Separate the dough into the pre-cut triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Top with a few blueberries.
  5. Gently roll up the dough, starting at the wide end and enclosing the cream cheese and blueberries, to form a roll.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, with the tip of the dough facing down to prevent unrolling.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. They can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
