Summer’s almost here, and what better way to cool down than with a fun and fruity drink? The Pink Flamingo Piña Colada is like a cool vacation in a glass, perfect for sipping by the pool or having a backyard bash with friends!
Super Easy, Super Yummy!
This recipe is so easy, you won’t believe it! Just grab a few things and blend it all up for a taste of the tropics. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Creamy Coconut: 2 ounces of coconut cream (the thick stuff on top of the can) and 1 ounce of coconut milk (light or regular, depending on how creamy you like it)
- Pineapple Paradise: 2 ounces of pineapple juice (freshly squeezed for extra yum!)
- Island Vibes: 1 ounce of white rum (any brand you like!)
- Tangy Twist: 1/2 ounce of lime juice (fresh is best!)
- Pink Power: 1/2 ounce of grenadine syrup (this makes it pink!)
- Ice, Ice Baby!: 1 cup of ice (crushed for the smoothest drink)
Blend It Up!
Just throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until it’s nice and smooth – like a creamy dream!
The Fun Part: Serving!
Pour your pink paradise into a cool glass and add a fun garnish! A slice of pineapple, a bright red cherry, or a lime wedge will make it look extra summery.
Take a Sip, Take a Vacation!
That first sip will have you tasting sunshine, sandy beaches, and cool ocean breezes. So ditch the boring drinks and blend up your own Pink Flamingo Piña Colada for a taste of summer fun!
