Crepes are thin, light pancakes that you can enjoy sweet or savory. They are easy to make and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dessert. You can fill them with almost anything, like fruit, chocolate, or cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Making crepes is easy and fun. You just mix the ingredients, cook them in a pan, and then add your favorite fillings. You can have them for any meal. They are light and can be sweet or savory, depending on what you like.


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • Mix flour and eggs in a big bowl. Slowly add milk and water, stirring to mix everything well.
    • Put in salt and butter, and stir until the batter is smooth.
  2. Cooking the Crepes:
    • Heat a small, lightly buttered pan on medium-high heat.
    • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
    • Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Use a spatula to flip it over and cook the other side.
  3. Serving:
    • Serve the crepes hot. You can add sweet things like fruit or chocolate, or savory things like cheese or veggies.
