- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
- Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
