Lemon Pepper Salmon

Here’s a tasty dish: Lemon Pepper Salmon. It’s easy to make and so good. Try it and you’ll love it!

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 lemons, one juiced and one sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Once you’ve got all your ingredients out, you’re all set to start. Now, let’s begin cooking our delicious salmon.


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and dried dill or parsley.
  4. Generously brush each salmon fillet with the lemon pepper mixture and season with salt to taste.
  5. Arrange thin lemon slices over the top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve immediately, ideally with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad to complement the flavors of the salmon.
