Here’s a tasty dish: Lemon Pepper Salmon. It’s easy to make and so good. Try it and you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 lemons, one juiced and one sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Once you’ve got all your ingredients out, you’re all set to start. Now, let’s begin cooking our delicious salmon.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and dried dill or parsley.
- Generously brush each salmon fillet with the lemon pepper mixture and season with salt to taste.
- Arrange thin lemon slices over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately, ideally with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad to complement the flavors of the salmon.
