- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
Frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- Heat the water, milk, and butter in a microwave until warm and the butter is almost melted.
- Add the liquid to the flour mixture, along with the egg, and mix well. Add the remaining flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until the dough comes together.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 4 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the filling in a bowl.
- Roll the dough out into a 14×8 inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter over it, leaving a 1-inch margin at the far side.
