Now that you have all your ingredients ready, it’s time to turn them into a delicious oreo cinnamon roll. Don’t worry, the steps are straightforward. Just follow the instructions below.

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Heat the water, milk, and butter in a microwave until warm and the butter is almost melted.
  3. Add the liquid to the flour mixture, along with the egg, and mix well. Add the remaining flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 4 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. While the dough is resting, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the filling in a bowl.
  6. Roll the dough out into a 14×8 inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter over it, leaving a 1-inch margin at the far side.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture and crushed Oreos over the buttered dough.
  8. Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the 8-inch side, and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and cover with a damp towel. Let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, until lightly golden.
  11. While the rolls bake, make the frosting by beating the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  12. Remove the rolls from the oven, let them cool slightly, then spread the frosting on top. Sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos.
  13. Serve warm and enjoy!
