Description

This easy and fun recipe is perfect for a special breakfast without the morning rush. Prepare them the night before for a stress-free morning that smells and tastes like a dream.

Ingredients

Scale

Instructions

  1. Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slices. If you’re looking for a REALLY good rolling pin, I recommend the Mepple Adjustable Rolling Pin from Amazon. It’s absolutely amazing.
  2. Spread cream cheese and a spoonful of jam on each slice, then roll them up tightly.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow dish. Dip each roll in the mixture, ensuring they’re well coated.
  4. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, cook the rolls in a preheated skillet until golden. Then, roll them in a mix of cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Enjoy a warm, sweet, and satisfying breakfast with minimal morning effort!
