  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Once you’ve gathered all your ingredients, the magic begins. It’s a simple process: season, bake, and enjoy. These potatoes will come out golden and crispy, ready to impress.


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure a crispy exterior on the potatoes.
  2. Cut the peeled potatoes into 1-inch thick slices, ensuring they’re even for consistent cooking.
  3. In a bowl, combine the potato slices with the melted butter, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves, tossing until they’re evenly coated.
