White Chocolate Haystacks With Festive Sprinkles

Deliciously stacked White Chocolate Haystacks on a festive plate, made with chow mein noodles and peanuts, coated in a glossy white marshmallow mixture, and sprinkled with colorful holiday nonpareils.

Ingredients List:

  • 4 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/2 cup from a 16 oz tub of Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 teaspoons Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors Jingle Mix nonpareils (or any holiday sprinkles of your choice)

How to Make White Chocolate Haystacks:

1. Setup Your Baking Station:

  • Clear your kitchen counter.
  • Line cookie sheets with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper.
  • Spray the lined cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spray the inside of a large mixing bowl with cooking spray.

2. Blend Noodles and Peanuts:

  • Add chow mein noodles and cocktail peanuts to the large bowl.
  • Toss them together.

3. Microwave Marshmallow Mix:

  • Combine butter and miniature marshmallows in a medium-sized microwavable bowl.
  • Microwave on High for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Add white vanilla baking chips and vanilla frosting.
  • Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir.

4. Shape and Decorate Haystacks:

  • Pour the marshmallow mixture over the noodles and peanuts.
  • Stir until coated.
  • Scoop out portions with a tablespoon and drop onto cookie sheets.
  • Sprinkle with Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors Jingle Mix nonpareils.

5. Cool and Store Haystacks:

  • Let the haystacks cool on the cookie sheets for 1 hour.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
