Savor the simplicity of White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers, a no-bake treat that combines the crunch of crackers, the creaminess of peanut butter, and the sweetness of white chocolate.

Ingredients:

For the Cracker Sandwiches:

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • About 1 ¼ cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, as per your preference)

For the White Chocolate Coating:

  • 16 ounces white almond bark
  • Sprinkles (any variety you like)

How to Make White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers:

1. Prepare Your Workspace:

  • Clear and clean your countertop.
  • Lay out a sheet of parchment paper on a tray or flat surface.

2. Assemble the Cracker Sandwiches:

  • Lay 20 Ritz crackers flat side up on your workspace.
  • Place approximately 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each cracker.
  • Gently press another cracker on top, creating a sandwich. Ensure the peanut butter spreads evenly to the edges without overflowing.

3. Melt the Almond Bark:

  • Break the white almond bark into smaller pieces for easier melting.
  • Place the pieces in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Melt the almond bark in the microwave in 30-second increments. Stir after each increment to ensure smooth melting and prevent burning.

4. Dip the Cracker Sandwiches:

  • Using a fork, gently dip each peanut butter-filled cracker sandwich into the melted almond bark.
  • Ensure each sandwich is fully coated with the white chocolate.
  • Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

5. Decorate and Set:

  • Carefully place the coated cracker sandwiches onto the parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle your choice of sprinkles on top.
  • Allow the chocolate to set and harden. This may take about an hour at room temperature.

6. Store and Serve:

  • Once set, store the White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers in an airtight container.
  • They remain fresh and crunchy for up to 3 days at room temperature. For longer freshness, especially in warmer climates, store them in the refrigerator.
